Teen Program 

Teens confront hate speech of the Holocaust and today.  How does your response make a difference?  A youth-led reading of names and candle lighting ceremony conclude the program.  Holocaust survivors and other special guests will join us. All teens and teen groups welcome. Register at

Unto Every Person There Is A Name

A world-wide reading of names of those who were murdered during the Holocaust coordinated by B'nai B'rith International and Yad Vashem World Holocaust Remembrance Center.  As we endeavor to remember loved ones forever lost to members of our local community, we encourage individuals to join us in sharing the names of beloved family members. Learn more

Community Arts & Artifacts Exhibits

Youth and professional artists will display works reflecting upon this year's theme of hate speech and the Holocaust.  The U.S. Memorial Holocaust Museum, the Jewish Social Service Agency, other non-profits and local anti-hate groups will display information.  Families affected by the Holocaust display artifacts of their journeys of escape and resettlement in the U.S.

Intergenerational discussions with Holocaust survivors.  All are welcome.

 Community-Wide Commemoration (printable flyer) 

Original readings and keynote remarks by Holocaust survivor Susan Warsinger will address our theme as we gather for our annual commemoration with ceremonial candle lighting and recitations.  Holocaust survivor and children of survivors who register online are called upon to participate in this ceremony.

JCRC Holocaust Survivors Speaker's Bureau
