The Israel Action Center trains and educates members of our community deepening their connection to and understanding of Israel and Israelis. We mobilize grass-roots activists to speak out for Israel and advocate for support of Israel to political leaders and the media. In times of crisis, the JCRC serves as the central hub for informing and activating our community members to advocate for the Jewish State.

The Israel Action Center trains and mobilizes grass-roots activists to speak out for Israel and advocate for support of Israel to political leaders and the media.
Educate
The Israel Action Center trains and educates members of our community, deepening their connection to and understanding of Israel and Israelis. Our programs highlight the complexities and nuances of current political, social, and religious life in Israel to both our Jewish and broader communities.
Activate
The JCRC’s Israel Action Center promotes political activism in support of Israel on the local, state, and federal levels. Train and empower community members, including high schoolers, on effective and nuanced ways to engage with and advocate for Israel.
Communicate
We serve as the convener for community conversations on some of the most challenging issues our community faces.
Our JCRC staff are relied upon by the media as trusted experts on matters related to Israel. The JCRC of Greater Washington’s Facebook and Twitter feeds are among the most active and followed of any JCRC in the country.
