A Round of Applause
2014 Jewish Advocacy

Thanks to more than 80 Northern Virginia and Fredericksburg activists who joined JCRC and 200 Virginians from across the Commonwealth for Virginia Jewish Advocacy Day meetings with Virginia's new Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General and scores of State Delegates and Senators.  See coverage of the event.

2013 MD Social Studies Conference
The JCRC works with public schools and the media to ensure security for Jewish insttitutions and a welcoming environment that embraces diversity in schools and other venues.

Jewish Advocacy Continues During Virginia's Special Session

Throughout the 2014 Virginia General Assembly session, JCRC had many successes defending separation of church and state, social services and economic development.  We also fought for in-state tuition for ALL Virginia students and other anti-discrimination measures.  As the Virginia Special legislative session continues, JCRC continues to advocate for important budget issues.  Join with us to support robust Virginia Israel Advisory Board fundingexpansion of Medicaid (read our April 1st Testimony on Medicaid in the State Senate) and restitution for victims of forced sterilization.  For more information, view JCRC's Legislative AgendaBill Tracker, Action Alerts
