Israel Engagement Fellowship Application

The JCRC's Margo and Yoram Cohen Family Israel Engagement Fellowship, available to students in grades 10 through 12, is a free eight-part program that explores the trends on college campus and how Israel fits into broader conversations. Alongside friends, participants in the Israel Engagement Fellowship will explore the centrality of Israel in Jewish history, discover the many facets of Israel, examine the Israeli-Arab conflict, learn from differing narratives, and develop a uniquely personal Israel story.

Fellows will graduate with the knowledge, experience, and confidence to engage with and advocate for Israel in their own unique and meaningful way.

IEF was created in partnership with The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington. The Spring 2022 cohort is done in partnership with B'nai Israel Congregation.

Participation is open to any 10th - 12th grader regardless of school/synagogue membership/affiliation.

Application deadline is Wednesday, March 23.
