Voting in Virginia

This past session, the Virginia General Assembly made numerous changes to the laws to provide voters with opportunities to cast their ballots- from allowing no excuse absentee voting to repealing photo ID requirements and more.

Delegate Carrie Coyner is a parent and small business owner. She represents parts of the City of Hopewell Chesterfield and Prince Georges Counties in the Virginia House of Delegates, where she Serves on the Public Safety and Counties Cities and Towns Committees.

 

 

Delegate Marcus Simon

Delegate Marcus Simon

Delegate Marcus Simon is a lifelong resident of Fairfax County, Virginia where he currently resides with his wife and two children. An attorney and business owner, he entered private practice after serving in the US Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps from 2000-2003. He represents the City of Falls Church and part of Fairfax County in the Virginia House of Delegates, where he is Vice Chair of several committees, including Privileges and Elections.
