Join us on April 10, 2024 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM for the JCRC’s first ever DC Advocacy Day. We will advocate in support of funding for Jewish institutional security officers, preserving funds for preschool teachers’ salaries (including Jewish preschools), highlighting antisemitism education, and increasing support for affordable housing.
We will begin the day with an 8:00 AM breakfast briefing on our advocacy issues. DC Council Chairman Mendelson will also speak to the group about the Council’s activities and how advocacy plays a role in the policymaking process.
